Time Cart delivers its products to almost all regions of India. Orders will be shipped within 24* hours. We ship every day except Sundays and national holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, chosen shipping method, as well as the weight and size of the items in your order.

You can enter your postal code details on the product page to view the applicable shipping costs for each product. The total shipping cost for your order will be the sum of the fees for all the chargeable products in your order. Order-level fees will be displayed in your shopping cart and when you enter your shipping address during checkout.

If products or orders are returned/cancelled, the applicable shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to modify the logic for applying convenience fees to orders at any time without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery Time: For areas serviced by reputable courier companies, delivery takes 3 to 4 business days after shipment (business days do not include Sundays and other holidays). However, items weighing over 2 kilograms or large quantities may take a few extra days to arrive. For other regions, products will be shipped via India Post and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

The delivery date displayed when placing an order (i.e., on the product details page, shopping cart, checkout, order confirmation page, and in the order confirmation email) is tentative. This date may change after the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the estimated delivery date will be displayed in the “Order Details” under the “My Account” section, which will help you track the shipment status of your order.

Time Cart ensures delivery of products according to the aforementioned estimated delivery dates to provide a pleasing customer experience. However, sometimes due to unavoidable and uncertain logistical challenges beyond our control, there may be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order. Time Cart is not responsible for such delays and asks for the cooperation of its users as Time Cart continuously strives to avoid such situations. Furthermore, if delivery takes longer than usual or if the shipment is untraceable, Time Cart reserves the right to cancel the order at its own discretion and refund the amount paid for the product to your Time Cart wallet.

Address Change: You can only change the shipping address of your order if it is in a confirmed or pending state and none of the items purchased in the order have been shipped. However, if there is any change in the fees/taxes (if applicable) between the original shipping address used when placing the order and the updated shipping address, the request to update the shipping address may not be accepted.

Hidden Fees (Sales Tax, City Tax, etc.): You will receive the final price at checkout. Our prices are all-inclusive, and you do not need to pay any additional fees.

International Locations: Currently, we do not ship outside of India.

Package Tracking: We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your shipment to your registered email address. If you do not receive our email within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder. In some cases, tracking may also take up to 24 hours to appear online, so please wait until the courier company scans your package.

Undeliverable: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the shipping address as it will help expedite the delivery process.
