If the product is not eligible for replacement or exchange after delivery due to any reason (such as product being out of stock, inability to retrieve the product, or any other similar reasons), you can return the product within the return period after delivery.

Please return the product in its original packaging along with all parts and accessories. When returning the product, ensure that it is properly packaged. Please note that if you hand over the wrong product to our delivery service partner, Time Cart is not responsible for any loss/damage/theft of such incorrect products during transportation or other circumstances.

Upon pickup, some products may be subject to an on-site quality control check. The delivery partner may inspect quality control parameters such as the same brand, style, color, size, number of packaging pieces, same brand packaging box, undamaged and resalable packaging box, no missing accessories. If any parameter is not met, the return request for the product may be put on hold. Please note that you can submit another return request as long as the return period for that product has not expired.

Once our factory receives the original product and conducts a quality check, your replacement/exchange product will be shipped to the address you provided. If a return is necessary, we will process the refund for the original product accordingly.

If a customer refuses to accept the original order containing only replaceable/exchangeable products or refuses to accept the replacement/exchanged products after they have been sent to the customer, a fixed shipping fee of 50 rupees will be charged.

If any or all products in an order placed using a coupon or discount are returned, the coupon code/discount will no longer be applicable to that order. The discount from the coupon/discount will also not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement/exchange, the replacement/exchange order will receive the same coupon code/discount as the original order.

Products purchased using the self-service terminals at Time Cart stores can only be returned at the store. Returns for products purchased at self-service terminals cannot be accepted through the website. Currently, replacements/exchanges are only applicable to products purchased online, not to products purchased in-store.

If you submit a return request for a product associated with a free product, the free product may also be canceled (even if the return request is canceled) if the free product has not yet been sent or is in transit to the customer’s specified location.

Cash on delivery is not allowed for offers involving free products.

If the free product you received is damaged or defective, or if the free product is missing from your delivery, Time Cart will not provide any refund or replacement for the aforementioned free product.
